Conditions applicable from 01/09/2021.

1. Application of conditions
The present general conditions of sale govern in a contractual and exclusive way the relations between the parts. They are expressly accepted without reservations by them as soon as an order is validated on our sales site. The parties being on the one hand, the seller - the company Trading Card Games Shop registered with the RCS of Brest under number 528 316 524 domiciled at 4 rue des hirondelles 29260 Saint-Méen hereinafter referred to as "Vtes France" - and d ' on the other hand, individuals, individuals or not, wishing to make a purchase via the online sales site (Internet) www.vtesfrance.fr hereinafter referred to as the “Customers” or the “Customer” individually. Vtesfrance and Clients together hereinafter referred to as the "Parties". All other special conditions cannot prevail over them without commitment and written confirmation on our part. The Customer acknowledges having read, before validating an order, these conditions and accepting them without reservations as soon as he validates an order. The Customer also acknowledges, upon validation of an order, to be in full legal capacity allowing him to make a commitment. These general conditions of sale can be modified at any time and are applicable without notice.


2. Products
Vtesfrance undertakes to present its products as well as possible (in accordance with Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code) by offering the customer their essential characteristics
These descriptions and photos are information offered thanks to the data transmitted by the suppliers or publishers of the products. These are non-contractual indications and can be modified at any time as soon as the supplier or the publisher has informed us of any modifications. it is often about modifications concerning the packaging of the products (color of the box, shape of the box, ...) but also information concerning the date of availability, etc.


3. Price
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the Products after the date of entry into force of the new applicable rate. The VAT rate applied is as a percentage of the value of the goods sold, 20% for delivery in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco and for deliveries in the states of the European Community. In the event that the customer resides outside mainland France, he is then considered the importer and must pay various customs taxes, imports, local taxes, etc. These possible taxes are the responsibility of of the customer and are not the responsibility of Vtes France. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire beforehand with the competent authorities both in terms of declarations and the payment of these taxes. As the prices of Vtes France suppliers are constantly changing, the prices displayed on the site are subject to change at any time. They are also subject to variations for reasons of introductory prices, promotions or sales. All prices are subject to obvious typographical errors. The applicable price is that indicated on the site www.vtesfrance.fr on the date of registration of the order by the customer.


4. Product availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site. We undertake to honor orders received only within the limits of stocks of products available in our premises or from our suppliers. Although Vtes France takes particular care in updating its stocks, the indication of the remaining stock is only given for information (there may be inventory errors, simultaneous ordering, computer bugs) .


5. Orders
We set a minimum price for orders at € 5 including VAT, the price indicated excluding shipping costs. To order online, the customer must create an account on our site www.vtesfrance.fr by filling in the necessary information and ensuring that the information provided does not contain errors. Vtes France cannot be held responsible if the products do not arrive at the correct destination in the event of spelling errors in the complete postal address (name, first name, address, etc.) of the customer.

Step of an order:

1. The customer must, after having filled his basket and clicked on order, accept the present general conditions of sale by clicking in the appropriate box. He must then choose his method of payment.
2. Our website records the orders and sends a confirmation email to the customer at the email address indicated by the latter when creating his account. This confirmation email is proof of the validation, registration, date and content of the order.
3. The order will then pass pending payment until full payment of the invoice.
4. Upon receipt of payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to the buyer and the order will go into "preparation".
5. The customer will then have access to his invoice in PDF format on his customer account. The customer must keep this invoice for possible complaints. In an ecological concern we only deliver PDF invoices but the buyer can request a printed invoice by contacting us.
VTES France reserves the right to cancel any order from a buyer with whom there is a previous dispute.


6. Payment
Orders are payable in Euros on the date of confirmation of the order.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer or Paypal

7. Reservation and right of ownership

In application of the law of May 12, 1980, the products remain the property of Vtes France until full payment of the invoice by the customer. After full payment of the invoice, the customer becoming the owner of the goods, they are transported from our premises to the carrier and from the carrier to the customer at the risk and peril of the customer. Vtes France cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage after the transfer of ownership. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the payment was canceled after delivery of the order, Vtes France would be able to claim the return of its goods at the expense and risk of the buyer.


8. Expeditions and Deadlines
Vtes France ships orders via the Post Office. Refer to the price tables for each of the options. Vtes France places the orders for shipment to the post office within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of payment (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Vtes France cannot be held responsible for an extension of the delivery time which remains the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of any delivery delays, the customer must first contact the carrier. If no answer is provided by him, he will have to contact us. As soon as a package is shipped, we send the customer by email the Colissimo number allowing him to follow the delivery of his order. . In the event of a delivery error due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Vtes France cannot be held responsible. As stated in article 7, the customer becomes the owner of the goods upon full payment for them, Vtes France cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to the package and its contents from the moment Vtes France deposits the parcel to the post office. However, the buyer can contact us to request insurance on the delivery. In the event of a request for insurance on the delivery of an order, Vtes France sends the buyer a second invoice corresponding to the amount of the insurance. As long as this invoice is not fully paid, the shipment cannot be done.


9. Intellectual property
The content of the site www.vtesfrance.fr is the property of Vtes France, any partial or total reproduction is prohibited without our written consent. Most of the photos and descriptions of the products come, most of the time, from descriptions provided by suppliers, editors, designers, ... and are the property of their respective owners and / or authors.


10. Information technology and freedom
As part of its activity, Vtes France collects the information given by the buyer for the processing of orders (invoicing, deliveries, etc.). These data are confidential and are not communicated to third parties. However, they can be used by Vtes France for sending personalized promotional offers or for sending newsletters. The buyer has, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the right to access and rectify this information. 11. Disputes, applicable law
This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The French courts are the only ones competent in the event of litigation existing between the parts.
